We don’t normally eat at places like Red Robin but we were in a pinch and it was handy. We were lucky enough to have a server, named Sonja, that made us feel like we were in a five star resort. My husband was so impressed with her he tried to recruit her to his business, offering her a job but she is very loyal to her employer, and we can see why. Lucky you Red Robin, and lucky us… because we left with full bellies and had a wonderful time

The food was the same as it’s always been. Everyone was nice. Portion sizes are soo much smaller then they were even a year ago. The kids icecreams are now half empty ( though more than enough for what kids need imo) and they are stingy with the steak fries. Bottomless though so I order more and look how much came in the basket. Is there a fry shortage or something? Overall though I still left full. But the fry portions has me scratching my head. (The kids meals had more fries then the adults lol)

I ordered delivery through Uber. It is likely a better experience dining in. I asked for no jalapeños or bacon in mac and cheese (for my kids), and both were in there. I found the portion sizes small for the cost, especially with the mac and cheese ($18 for a fairly small container). Burgers were decent, and kids enjoyed the milkshakes.

The server we had Josh was a fantastic professional. Rarely seen in the service industry these days. Punctual,polite,great attitude. Don’t lose him. Food was wholesome and timely. Will be back, See you soon.

Took one look at the inside and decided to eat elsewhere. Red Robin food is usually good but the atmosphere was unappealing. The lights were bright, colours were bold, no cozy tables, hard stuff chairs and lots of people. It looked like a McDonald's with table service. Went to Bin 4 instead

The restaurant over all was ok. Not very busy for lunch on a weekday The service is horrible heck I’ve been here for 2 hrs and the waitress left our table and others cluttered with dishes, at no point to see if anyone needed anything. it’s almost as if they have now changed the way they serve. If your not around the tables no one can order anything so we will save on our bottomless fries.. the fries are next level low as-well. Honestly should have never even tipped.
