Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
The burgers are good but nothing special. The strength of Red Robin is the experience and extras for children. Unfortunately the Red Robin in Prince George is in trouble. We tried to go in a party of eight and we were straight up declined. We offered to take two tables. We were told they would not seat us. We weren't offered to wait or come back. We were told there was no staff for us. The restaurant wasn't busy, we just weren't welcome. It was our turning 10 year olds birthday, she cried until we could convince her to chose another place. Don't imagine we'll go back but if this is the situation I imagine it won't be open long anyway.

They were out of a few things, but the staff were very accommodating and offered lots of menu alternatives. Food was delicious and came out fast. Good value for the price. A great kid friendly restaurant. Taffy our server went above and beyond and was super patient with our kiddos.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
Great meal at Red Robin's this evening. The onion rings tower is a must have and I've never been disappointed. They have a nice crunch, flavor, and leave you wanting more and more. I also got the clucks and fries which was also great. The fact Red Robin's serves bottomless steak fries means I never leave hungry and always feel I get my money's worth.Will return to Red Robin's again for sure!

We have always had a great experience when we visited Red Robin Prince George in the past, and they didn’t let us down yesterday. Service, food, and drinks deserve all 5 stars. The new staff is doing great, and it seems like everyone is a team player! They’re our go-to spot for meals when we are in town. Thank you all!

The Food was quite amazing. I love their food actually; the tower of onion rings and ribs starter are the best.The service was lacking thought. We were served our food and drink, and could not catch anyone's attention for a 2nd drink. My GF did call to our server as she walked by, but she never stopped. We saw our server to take our order, drop off our food and then take our money, that was it no checkup in between.

Best Manager Ever !I don't usually post, but it was such a great idea to stop at Red Robin for dinner to keep us full for the rest of our roadtrip back home. The Manager, Ebony was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and he really did go out of his way to accommodate our requirements and ensure we stayed comfortable to indulge our dinner. The atmosphere was very busy which was perfect to have a conversation without being heard in the next booth over. The overall service was excellent. Ebony was very attentive to maintaining order and cleanliness of the resturant. Our Server was also very knowledgeable and had a glowing personality. The seared salmon was extremely delicious and well presented and so was the strawberry and lemon cake for dessert. This was a pleasant experience and I look forward to our next roadtrip through Prince George.Cheryl

Really friendly and fast service. Catching up with customers during the stay. Fish an Chips are good, baked pitato soup are excellent. If you like it sweet, try a smoothie. Good portion size. Bring a big hunger, you will not be disappointed. Our second stay did cost the 5th star. Refills had to mentioned several times, steak fries not fried well. The Burger was okay, but didn't reach the one displayed on the menu.
