Dickey's Barbecue Pit
I had a very good experience today taking my order to go. I tried the pit dip which is a brisket sandwich with au jus, caramelized onions and cheddar. There was a great portion of meat and it tasted amazing! They also make their own BBQ sauces you can have on the side. I got the BBQ beans as well which were amazing. I will definitely be back! Great value!

This is basically fast food bbq. It's not bad, but really lacking the flavors and pizazz that a true bbq smokehouse would have.We were a little underwhelmed with the portions of the 3 meat tray, and found the turkey and brisket to be dry and generic. The beef rib tray was good as well as the macaroni side.The atmosphere is okay but not comfortable: the kind of place you order, eat and leave. It is not the kind of place that lends well for catching up or socializing. The chairs are rather uncomfortable, and tables are small. Cutlery is plastic.Would I come back? Unlikely, it is a little steep for what was a mediocre meal. (63$ with tip)

Been here a couple of times now. Food was always good but consistency has significantly improved since opening.Would highly recommend! The beef brisket and burnt ends are a must try.

Great food, friendly efficient staff. Very clean. Burnt end brisket plate, smoky and melt in your mouth tender. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is fantastic. Reasonably priced too

The food here was so good! Excellent service too! I had the brisket sandwich special, my daughter had the beef dip and my son had the meat kids meal. We left super stuffed and will definitely be back! I recommend the mashed potatoes as your side. So delish!

First time at this restaurant and I won't be back. Had the two meat meal for $17.99. Chose the brisket and chicken with Mac & cheese plus the BBQ beans. Got three slices of brisket and four of the chicken. Both meats were cold along with the sweet BBQ sauce.

Best Texas BBQ experience right here in Edmonton. I went with my friends and tried Beef Rib plate and three platter meals.Let me tell you these Ribs were huge and meat was smoking hot and melts in your mouth. Sides were decent size and delicious. We opted sweet corn, mashed potato and fries. Staff were very friendly and very polite. checking on us every few minutes to make sure we are fully taken care off.Must try for all BBQ lovers !!!
