Smokey bbq, creamy melted Swiss cheese with steaming salted robust fries was what blindly with an overwhelming hunger drove me through the doors of the good old RR. Nostalgia.We headed straight toward the bar area, which was nice. They've catered to family and adult company....smart. Our server CHANEL was super sweet and great at what she does.I ordered the Tycoon Burger.The patty was overcooked and the fries could have been better (see pic.)The original RR back in the 90's was in North Vancouver I believe, and when they first came out, their burgers were served in a red plastic basket lined with a crisp RR tissue paper carrying a perfectly orchestrated burger escorted by a mountain of hot long rectangular fries resembling a JENGA game. This presentation was a bit of a let down. So, why not go back to the original?Why not bring RR back with all its glory?.....Vancouver needs it.The Savoury Steakhouse Burger was juicier and very tasty, but again the fries were not all they could've been. When you're known for bottomless fries, wouldn't you want people to eat them to the bottom and order again....perhaps with a side of onion rings this time around?.....see how that works? :)There's something special about RR. I don't know exactly what it is. Maybe it's the practice of promoting a fun time for all, an affordable meal, a chill vibe or an unpretentious ....Hey! this is who I am and I would like to offer you all I have

Really good service on my birthday. Waitress was really professional and attentive.My burger was very fresh and had lots of toppings and lots of sauce (awesome)And I like the bottomless fries.I really like that you can change any beef patty for a vegetarian one.I miss the old decore from before the upgrade, but I still like the food.

Stable quality, not bad not perfect. I love their onion ring. I change my bottomless fries to yam. Hopefully, they return the whole-grain bun.

Yesterday we ordered $85 bucks worth of food threw uber eats. I paid extra for bacon on a burger. No bacon on the burger when it arrived. I also ordered a chicken ceaser wrap with garlic fries. I got no garlic fries and regular fries instead. It looked like someone ate half my fries in my meal. My childs kids meal had more fries than my meal. I called to complain last night and was put on hold to talk to a manager. No one ever answered the phone so I hung up.

I went to eat out for my sisters birthday celebration and our server Myles was so sweet, attentive and helpful when serving us (even though the store was closing soon), made sure we got everything we wanted before the kitchen closed and that we were satisfied with the service and the food. 10/10 we all had a great time.The food was also pretty good, especially the jalapeño dippers and peaches and cream milkshake. We will definitely be going back.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
We came in after a long day fearful that we would spoilers about the Canucks game and behold - no hockey on the TV screen near our table. We enjoyed the chill vibe at this Red Robin. Our friendly and kind server was Shannon, but all the staff seemed to work together well to promptly seat and serve us.
